This page reflects how Citizen Voice works today. Operated by Kerala Intel. An independent legal review is still pending before public launch.

• Be civil and on-topic: argue the issue, not the person. Citizen Voice is for public discussion of Kerala's governance and finances.
• Do not post other people's personal data, defamation of named private individuals, hate speech, threats, spam, or unlawful content.
• No campaigning content during notified election silence periods.
• Everything you post is public and shown as plain text — no HTML or scripts are executed.
• Moderation: a post auto-hides after 5 reports pending review; admins may hide content; moderation actions are logged. Use the report button to flag misuse.
• Fair-use limits: a few posts and comments per person per day; one vote per thread.
• Participation counts are signals, not referendums; we publish aggregates and never expose who you are.
• The service is provided as-is; figures come from public records — use your own judgement. No funder influences any figure, ranking, or moderation decision.
• Manage, export or delete your account any time from Account settings.
